Keith is a chartered accountant. He was formerly group treasurer of Mirror Group Newspapers and finance director of Bristol United Press plc and News and Communications plc, both regional newspaper publishers. Latterly, he was finance director of The Wireless Group plc, talkSPORT and 16 local music stations.

Chris has held a number of senior management posts in both private and public companies, joining SPG Media in 2003. In recent years, he has developed business summits for a leading events company and now leads a team managing our international conferences and summits.

Mr Appiah joined the board in August 2006 as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.  He joined the group in September 2005 as Group Financial Controller.  He was formerly Group Financial Controller at The Wireless Group plc, and Group Finance Manager at The Total Record company and Joint Venture Accountant at Telstar Records plc.  Mr Appiah is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance. Aged 40  

Agneta joined SPG Media in August 2004 as an HR Manager supporting all divisions of the business. She was appointed to head up the Human Resource function for the group in April 2007. Agneta is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Her previous HR roles have been in investment banking and hospitality.

John joined SPG Media in April 2006 with responsibility for content across the group's publications, websites and conferences. Formerly, he was online editor-in-chief for Barclays and editor of femail.co.uk, part of the Associated New Media stable. He has also been assistant news editor at the Daily Mail and started his career in regional journalism.

William has more than ten years business publishing experience with the company. He has held a number of senior editorial positions and is now responsible for print production and distribution and the development and management of the group's publications. A key part of his role is forming partnerships between SPG Media and leading commercial organisations such as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Deloitte.

Nick joined the the sales department in 2002 after graduating from Warwick University. Since joining the group he has progressed through sales management positions into managing business development for the electronic media division. In July 2006, he was appointed head of group business development, overseeing marketing, group data, electronic media business development and market research.
